Home Brewing recipes are prefect to start brewing some different kind of brews and even give you some ideas for your own creation.

Here are some great home brewing recipes the majority of these are for the Coopers microbrewery kit.

However there will be plenty more home brewing recipes to come for just normal home brewing.

Unreal Ale

Makes 23 litres

Ingredients

Method:

1.       Dissolve Coopers Real Ale, brew enhancer 1 and light dry malt in 3 litres of hot water.

2.       Fill fermenter with cool water to the 23 litre mark and stir.

3.       Sprinkle supplied yeast over the wort surface.

4.       Ferment temperature should be in the range of 21°C to 27°C. Bottle when specific gravity has reached 1.012 ( Around 7 days after the start or two readings the same over 24 hours.

Extra Smooth Bitter

Makes 22 litters

Ingredients

Method:

1.       Dissolve Coopers Bitter, brew enhancer 1 and molasses  in 3 litres of hot water.

2.       Fill fermenter with cool water to the 22 litre mark and stir.

3.       Sprinkle supplied yeast over the wort surface.

4.       Ferment temperature should be in the range of 21°C to 27°C. Bottle when specific gravity has reached 1.012 ( Around 7 days after the start or two readings the same over 24 hours.

Guarana Beer

Makes 23 Litres

Ingredients

Method:

1.       Dissolve Coopers Pale Ale, brewing sugar and guarana or extract  in 3 litres of hot water.

2.       Fill fermenter with cool water to the 23 litre mark and stir.

3.       Sprinkle supplied yeast over the wort surface.

4.       Ferment temperature should be in the range of 21°C to 27°C. Bottle when specific gravity has reached 1.012 ( Around 7 days after the start or two readings the same over 24 hours.

** You may want to adjust the amount of guarana you put in it, The more you put in it the bitter it gets. I have not tried extract this may be entirely different result.
