The Beer Machine 2000 features a precision pressure gauge that measures the volume of CO-2  gas inside the beer machine so you will know what’s happening and be able to alter the amount of carbonation if needed during and after the brewing. Another great thing about knowing the pressure is that you will be able to judge the amount of head on the beer when poured allowing for the best pour.
